Women's Power – A Full Day for Body & Soul
On November 28, we invite you to join us for “Kvinnokraft”—a full day dedicated to your body, your nervous system, and your inner balance.
Give yourself a full day to settle in, listen to your inner self, and reconnect with your body. Women’s Power is a unique full-day event where we combine practical knowledge with deep somatic recovery. Through sound healing, lectures on hormones and stress, fascia exercises, and breathwork, you’ll gain practical tools to understand your nervous system, heal from within, and find a sustainable balance in your daily life.
The day will be led by Sandra Lavesson of Vitafunktionsmedicin and Tanja of Embodied Alchemy, who will guide you through a safe, accepting, and transformative experience with no pressure to perform.
Date: November 28,
Time: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Location: Copperhill
Investment: Price : 995 SEK
(Morning and afternoon coffee breaks, as well as lunch, are included)
8:00–8:45 a.m. | Sound Healing – Deep Relaxation & Mindfulness
We’ll start the morning gently. Let the vibrations and tones from singing bowls, drums, and gongs guide you into a meditative state of rest that calms the mind and softens the body from within.
9:00–10:00 a.m. | Lecture: Women’s Health Through All Stages of Life
Understand your body and your hormones. Sandra will walk you through what happens during fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause—and how diet, sleep, recovery, and lifestyle can help you achieve more energy and well-being.
10:15–11:15 | Somatic Bodywork: Fascia & the Nervous System
The body remembers what the mind tries to forget. Through gentle movements and fascia exercises, we release stagnant energy and tension in the connective tissue, calm the nervous system, and deepen our connection with the body.
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | Lunch
1:00–2:00 p.m. | Lecture: Stress Management – When the Body Speaks
Why does the body react with anxiety, irritation, or paralysis when under stress? Learn how the different parts of the nervous system work and how to listen to and work with your body’s signals instead of fighting them.
2:15–3:30 p.m. | Breathwork – A Transformative Journey Through the Breath
Your breathis your most powerful path to deep healing. Through active, guided breathing and pauses, we balance the nervous system, release emotional blockages, and arrive at a state of total integration.
4:00 p.m. | Closing & Departure
We’ll wrap up the day together, allowing time for reflection before you head into the weekend—recharged, grounded, and empowered.
