Yes, we recommend that you book a table in advance as the number of seats in the restaurant is limited in the evenings. Simply book here or contact us at info@copperhill.se and we will help you. For lunch, you can easily book in advance here, but you are also welcome to drop in whenever it suits you. You can also order from our lobby menu and enjoy your meal in the Fireside Lobby & Bar, where no advance booking is required.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day.

Check-in is from 3 p.m.

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but please contact the front desk in advance to see what options are available.

This is usually possible at a cost of 400 SEK until 11:30 (please confirm with reception in advance). You can also leave your luggage in the luggage room and stay at the hotel in the restaurant/spa etc. after you have checked out.

Yes, we do. We offer room service from 16.00-21.30, with a service fee of 145 SEK. More info can be found in the room.

Yes. The hotel's outdoor parking is free for hotel guests , provided that you register your car on the Aimopark screen at the reception desk. The parking garage is subject to a fee, which you pay according to the instructions on the signs.

Yes, use Pair Recharge to use the charging stations.

From the hotel it is 9 km to Åre Village. When the lifts in the Björnens ski system are running, you can easily get to the village on skis, otherwise it takes approx. 13 min by car / taxi.

We offer ski-in/ski-out access as long as the Björnen ski area is open. Please check SkiStar's website for current opening hours.

Answer. On floor -1 there are private ski lockers that you lock with your room key. There are also boot warmers here.

If you want to buy a lift pass or rent ski equipment, you can easily do so at Skistar - just mention that you are staying at Copperhill Mountain Lodge. NOTE! To ensure that the equipment is in place upon arrival, Skistar requests that you book at least 12 days before arrival. The equipment is picked up at SkistarShop on floor -1 of the hotel.

Yes, we do. We have a number of rooms where dogs are allowed, these must be booked via info@copperhill.se or via +46 647 143 00. A fee of 250 SEK/night will be added. The guide dog stays free of charge. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but they are welcome in the Fireside Lobby & Bar.

Location. In our lower lobby is our "Game Zone", a game room filled with arcade games. Pay directly into the machine or via tokens purchased at reception. There is also a ping pong table and pool table.

During high season weeks, our mascot Simla comes to visit. Some holidays we also open up one of our conference rooms for games and games that require a little more space.

Yes, there is a gym on the ground floor.

Yes, hand them in at the reception, 350 SEK per bag. No dry cleaning.

Yes, we offer free wifi to all our guests.

Copperhill is largely accessible. We offer accessible rooms in the Bronze Large category, which feature wider, threshold-free entrances, generous floor space, and spacious bathrooms for greater mobility around the bed and throughout the room. If needed, we can also equip the rooms with assistive devices such as shower chairs and raised toilet seats prior to your arrival.

We also offer accessible parking spaces both outdoors and in the parking garage, as well as elevators and easy access throughout the hotel’s public areas.

Most areas of the hotel are easily accessible, including the restaurant and common areas. Please note that the spa has limited accessibility.
