Prepayment required - 10 days after the booking, 25% of the total value of the reservation must be paid to avoid cancellation. The remaining 75% must be paid at least 60 days before the arrival date of the stay.

Payment is made via credit card where you log in to the self-service portal according to your confirmation. You can also pay by bank transfer: 443-6861. When paying by bank transfer, refer to your booking number in the message. When paying with a gift card, the gift card number must be given at the time of booking and the gift card must be handed to the reception upon arrival.
Copperhill Mountain Lodge offers cancellation protection for individual bookings. The price for the cancellation protection is 120 SEK/person. Please note that all guests staying in the room must have cancellation protection. For the cancellation protection to be valid, it must be paid at the same time as the first payment.
In the event of cancellation less than 60 days before the confirmed date of arrival, the amount paid will be refunded, except for the cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation after 60 days up to the date of arrival, the amount paid in addition to the cancellation cover will be refunded on presentation of a medical certificate.
Cancellation 61 days prior to arrival date will be charged 25% of the value of the reservation. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total value of the reservation.

Prepayment according to the above information - if the booking is made less than 16 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. The cancellation insurance is payable with the first payment and allows you to cancel your booking up to the date of arrival. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the total value of the booking, excluding the cancellation insurance. No medical certificate is required.
Free cancellation up to 16 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after 16 days, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.

Strike, lockout, fire, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, war or similar state of war, significant restrictions on deliveries or other circumstances beyond the control of the supplier (Copperhill Mountain Lodges), entitles the supplier to cancel the contract without obligation to pay damages or refunds.
Free cancellation/change of your spa treatment/spa package can be made up to 24 hours before arrival. After that, your booking will be charged at 100%.
As a guest of Copperhill Mountain Lodge, you are required to follow the rules of conduct for the establishment. The hotel is non-smoking in all hotel rooms and public areas and outside entrances. Should the guest cause damage to the property or equipment, the guest will be liable for payment. Guests who do not follow the stated rules of order will be evicted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse and cancel ongoing credit during the stay.
Should taxes and other charges be changed or introduced by the state or municipality, we (Copperhill Mountain Lodge) reserve the right to compensate us for this in the hotel prices. Should the general price level (CPI) increase between the date of booking and the date of arrival, we reserve the right to increase the confirmed price by the amount of the increase exceeding 3%.
