Booking conditions

Bookings with Spenn

All bookings that are partially paid with Spenn are handled by Strawberry Customer Service. For rebooking, cancellations and refunds please contact +46 771-666 700.

Booking & payment

Prepayment required

25% of the total amount is due within 10 days of booking. If payment is not made, your stay may be canceled.

The remaining 75% is paid at the latest:

- 60 days before arrival for booked stays December-April (arrival closer than 60 days 100% payment at time of booking).

- 16 days before arrival for booked stays May-November (arrival closer than 16 days 100% payment at time of booking).

- Credit card via "My Pages" (link can be found in the confirmation)
- Gift card (number given when booking and left at reception on arrival)

Cancellation insurance

Costs 120 SEK per person/stay and must be purchased for all guests in the room at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy for December-April stay

With cancellation protection

- Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival → full refund (minus the cost of the cancellation insurance).

- Cancellation 59 days up to and including the day of arrivalfull refund (minus the cost of the cancellation insurance) on presentation of a medical certificate.

Without cancellation protection

- Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival → 25% of the value of the reservation will be charged.

- Cancellation 59 days or closer to arrival100% of the booking value will be charged.

Cancellation policy for stays in May-November

With cancellation protection

- Cancellation at any time up to the day of arrivalfull refund (minus the cost of the cancellation insurance).

- No medical certificate is needed.

Without cancellation protection

- Cancellation at least 16 days before arrival → full refund.

- Cancellation 15 days or closer to arrival → 100% of the booking value will be charged.

Other conditions

Force Majeure

In the event of events beyond the hotel's control (e.g. strike, lockout, fire, epidemic/pandemic, explosion, war or other similar situations), Copperhill Mountain Lodge has the right to cancel the contract without any obligation to pay compensation or refund.

Spa

- Free cancellation/change of spa treatment or spa package can be made up to 24 hours before treatment time/arrival.

- Cancellation later than 24 hours before100% will be charged.

Rules of procedure & responsibilities

- The hotel is completely non-smoking (in rooms, public areas and outside entrances).

- Guests who cause damage to property or equipment will be liable for compensation.

- Guests who do not comply with the rules of order may be expelled from the hotel.

- The hotel may refuse or cancel credit during the stay.

Prices & fees

If taxes or fees are changed or introduced by the state/municipality, the hotel can adjust the prices.
If the CPI (consumer price index) increases by more than 3% between the date of booking and the date of arrival, the price may be increased by the amount exceeding 3%.

Cashless hotels

Copperhill Mountain Lodge is a cashless facility.
