With deep respect for Sápmi and the bounty of the Jämtland mountains, we create dishes where traditional Nordic culinary art meets modern gastronomy. Our driving force is to transform the finest ingredients into memorable culinary experiences.

We handpick the finest ingredients from the forest, the land, and the mountain streams, and carefully select local ingredients whenever possible—always with sustainability in mind. Every dish tells a story, and we’re happy to share the story behind each creation.

Our wine list has been carefully curated to complement our cuisine, where wine is viewed not merely as a beverage, but as an extension of the culinary experience.

Kick off the weekend with the season’s best seafood! Our luxurious seafood platter offers the very finest the sea has to offer—an authentic culinary experience where the focus is on pure, fresh ingredients.
The platter features a generous selection of fresh shrimp, smoked shrimp, half a lobster, crab claws, blue mussels, rainbow trout roe, and Skagen salad served with freshly baked bread, lemon, Rhode Island sauce, Dijonnaise, and aioli.

Price: 995 SEK per person. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.
