For us, food is important. In our restaurant in Åre, we cook with care and good ingredients and season with experience and love for the craft. The basis of our Nordic menus is that Swedish and locally produced ingredients are in focus. Many of our products and ingredients come from the local area, such as local beer, char, reindeer and moose.
