During the winter, Jona Dahlqvist holds yoga classes at our hotel – perfect for those who want to ground themselves in the present moment and loosen up stiff skiing muscles. 

Jona Dahlqvist has over 20 years of experience in yoga and meditation. She has studied hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, sivananda yoga, vinyasa yoga, seasonal yoga, yin yoga and pregnancy yoga and has her own yoga studio in Skåne and also holds training courses to certify new instructors. Her passion is to inspire joy, balance and presence in everyday life.

Extended opening hours in Björnens ski area

The big news this winter is that the entire Björnens ski area will be open from 9am to 6pm every day (except Christmas Eve) throughout the season - from December 18 to April 19.
