With its 16 beds, this exclusive house is perfect for your company, family or friends. The Villa is not just a villa, it's an oasis, an oasis of breathtaking views, exclusive materials and bold design, designed by architect Asko Lax, Finland.
The villa offers 700 beautiful square meters and you always have the whole house to yourself. The heart of the house is the spacious living room and kitchen, a natural gathering place for socializing and relaxing. The villa is ideal for board meetings, family vacations or if you want to celebrate something with your friends. Get several families or groups of friends together and make it your own memorable luxury vacation.
The Villa is only a 7-minute walk from Copperhill Mountain Lodge, so it is possible to use hotel services such as the spa, restaurant and more, during the hotel's opening hours.
The villa is available for rent all year round and the service is completely customized to you. If you want to stay with self-catering, it's fine, if you want a private chef who cooks culinary delights on site, it's also perfectly fine. If you want spa treatments on site in the villa, we will solve it. We are also happy to help you book external activities.

The Villa is a perfect choice for groups that value discretion, privacy and exclusivity. It offers a unique venue for your board meeting, launch, conference or team. The Villa can also be used as an add-on for larger events at the hotel.
The boardroom seats 8 people and offers modern conference equipment. In the spacious living room, around 30 people can mingle and the space is perfect for different types of presentations.
The price of renting The Villa varies according to the date, length of stay and number of people.
During the winter, The Villa can usually be rented Thurs-Sun, Sun-Thu or Sun-Sun.

During summer & fall it is possible to rent single nights during any period.

There are two airports within a two-hour drive of Åre.
Åre-Östersund or Trondheim/Værnes airport. Bus and taxi transfers are available from both airports and you can also choose a helicopter transfer which takes about 15/25 minutes until you land directly at the hotel.

There are daily train departures from Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Trondheim. SJ's night train is also a popular option.

From the station in the center of town, you can get around by taxi, rental car, or local bus. To get to Copperhill, we recommend Topp Taxi.
You can drive all the way to Åre on European roads. The journey time is approximately 8 hours from Stockholm and 11 hours from Gothenburg.
Car rental
If you are traveling with several people, renting a car can be an affordable option. We offer car rental at Copperhill through Hertz.
Parking space
There is parking directly at the hotel. The hotel's outdoor parking is free for hotel guests, provided that you register your vehicle on the Aimopark screen at the reception upon arrival. The parking garage is subject to a fee. There, you pay according to the instructions on the signs in the garage.
