A menu that celebrates Sami food culture and the richness of nature, where traditional Nordic food meets modern gastronomy. Inspired by the flavors of Jämtland, the menu focuses on ingredients from our mountains.
Our three menus - Mountain, Forest, Sea & Coast, change every three days, so you get a new taste experience every time. In addition, you can always order from our Lobby Menu and Children's Menu every evening.
