Yoga and skiing in magical mountain surroundings

There will be pure wintery joy when Copperhill Mountain Lodge hosts its yoga weeks. Combine yoga classes with skiing, cross-country and downhill, and panoramic views of the mountains. You will stay at the Copperhill Mountain Lodge design hotel, Åre’s highest hotel, which has ski-in/ski-out access to the lift system.

“It will be a magical experience. The surroundings are so amazingly beautiful up here, both inside and outside. The room where the yoga classes are held has a panoramic view of Åreskutan. Combine this with active days on the ski slopes or on the trails, good food and great company, and it’s difficult to find a better winter experience for body and soul,” says Sara Ekdahl, marketing manager for Copperhill Mountain Lodge.

The focus of the yoga classes is Yoga Flow, a vinyasa yoga with Elin Jensen as instructor. Elin has a free, enjoyable and unconstrained yoga style that is inspired by ten years of yoga studies, primarily in San Francisco. The classes are suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels, no previous knowledge is necessary.
