AIR

You can choose to land at either Åre-Östersund or Trondheim/Værnes airport, both located one hour's drive from Åre. Åre-Östersund has domestic flights within Sweden, while Værnes is an international airport with regular flights to and from much of Europe.

Helicopter transfer is available from both airports, taking you to Copperhill Mountain Lodge’s own helipad in just fifteen minutes. Taxi and bus transfer services are also available from both airports.

The hotel is located on the top of Mount Förberget in Åre-Björnen, 7 km east of central Åre and 2,5 km from Åre-Björnen's centre. Our newly built road takes you all the way up and you find heated parking in our garage.

RAIL

Daily departures with direct trains and night trains from Malmö, Göteborg, Stockholm and Trondheim. From the train station in central Åre, it takes about 10 minutes with taxi to Copperhill Mountain Lodge.
