Our restaurants and our kitchen have been designed using inspiration from the local area, its history and traditional craftsmanship – inspiration from nature and from mankind.

We use regionally and sustainably produced raw ingredients; from the forests, fields and waters around the mountains of Åre. Our aim is to provide you with a warm, hearty feeling of wellbeing, through the application of our skills and passion. Welcome to Copperhill Mountain Lodge.

Niesti

Simplicity, purity and a respectful love for nature and mankind. That’s Scandinavia for us. The Niesti restaurant serves delicacies from the waters, forests and fields around Åre; carefully harvested and prepared with love.

Vaajese

Our newest restaurant, Vaajese, is located in the hotel library. Every dish has a story to tell, from its origin to its preparation and presentation. We serve a five-course menu that varies from day to day.

Fireside

Our spacious lounge bar transports you away from everyday cares. Curl up in a soft armchair and enjoy the warm atmosphere, look out across the mountains, listen to the crackling fire and the pianist. There is always something tempting on the bar's drinks menu, whatever the time of day.
