Copperhill Mountain Lodge is gearing up for spring. We are looking to recruit with short notice:

· 4 Chefs
· 2 Pastry Chefs
· 3 Restaurant service staff
· 2 Brekfast service staff
· 1 Sommelier
· 1 Kitchen Porter / Dishwasher

Applicants must be quick, creative and passionate about fine food and have an eye for detail. We work in a quality focused international atmosphere. Copperhill Mountain Lodge is an award winning, five-star hotel environment. Applicants must have the confidence, flair and determination to fit into this busy restaurant and kitchen.
